All projects begin with a conversation to explore your goals and determine the right scope. Before starting work, we’ll provide a formal Instructional Design Services Agreement that outlines:

• Timeline and deliverables
• Review and revision process
• Ownership of final deliverables
• Intellectual property rights
• This ensures alignment from the start and protects both parties.

🖋️ Ownership & Attribution

Once a project is completed and approved, the final deliverables are yours to use. Drafts, templates, or behind-the-scenes assets remain the property of NextGen Learning Solutions LLC unless otherwise agreed upon.

We may include a small, discreet logo or watermark on course shells or templates unless requested otherwise in writing.
